A: We always ship with Mr. Speedy for shipping in the Philippines; for other destinations, we mainly use DHL and FedEx.

A: We try our best to prepare your order and arrange for delivery within 2 business days. After the order has been shipped, the delivery time will be based on the shipping schedule of our shipping partner. Generally, the shortest delivery time after placing an order is 4 business days.

Q: Since the PPE items will be shipped out mostly from the Philippines but the COVID situation in the Philippines is quite serious as well, how can the customers trust the quality of products?

A: MEDTECS has been dedicated to manufacturing quality face masks and PPE items for more than 2 decades; meanwhile, we have been assisting Taiwan and Singapore governments on their PPE stockpiling systems for years. In addition, our face masks conform to the standards of ASTM Level 1 and EN14683 Type IIR, so you can rest assured that our products are in the highest quality.


Q: Are the items on the website all made in the Philippines?

A: MEDTECS operates in countries including Singapore, Taiwan, Cambodia, Philippines, and China. We have a vast network of quality supplies which are not limited to one country of origin alone. Our items are backed by industry standards and certified to guarantee quality.


Q: Are isolation gowns and coveralls reusable?

A: It is recommended that they are discarded after a single use.
